Vacant Position: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 

NOW HIRING - P/T ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED

Silecio Inc. is looking for an energetic individual who is very customer friendly, professional, tech savvy, and motivated to work primarily from home.

They will be required to:

Answer phone calls, check voicemails and follow up with inquiries.
Correspond with customers via phone, email, text messages, and social media to organize training dates, meetings, etc.
Organize and update appointment calendar
Create, update, and edit certificates for trainees.
Complete Ministry of Labour forms accurately and on time.
Create, edit, and send invoices.
Attend meetings, conferences, and marketing events.

Requirements:

University Degree or College Diploma/Certificate preferred
Excellent writing and communication skills
A valid drivers licence
Experience in the customer service industry would be considered an asset.
Any experience in Occupational Health & Safety would be considered an asset.
Punctual, reliable, responsible, professional, polite.

The position is a part-time (Avg. 15-20 Hrs per week) contract (6 months) with the possibility for full time upon the completion of a 6 month contract.

Successful candidates will be given the following:

$17-$22/hr
Smartphone (iPhone or similar) will be provided
Transportation, meals and accommodations provided for meetings, conferences and marketings events.
